The group management reviews the financial development of the Mikron Group and its business segments on a monthly basis. The focus is on the key figures of incoming orders, sales, productivity - defined as added value (sales plus / minus changes in inventory, plus own work capitalized, minus material costs) divided by personnel expenses -, EBIT and net working capital. As part of value-based management, Mikron applies the ROIC principle (return on invested capital), which regards EBIT as the basis for returns.
