Micropsia When I'm tired I get dizzy

I felt dizzy when I laughed. What was that?

I have the following problem, had training today. We had to jog in circles and every now and then, for example, do a Hoppsa run or sprint. I didn't notice anything while jogging, but neither at the end where I normally can't anymore. It wasn't until we stopped that I felt slightly dizzy and my heart began to pound. After that I felt the need to sit down, my hands were shaking, I couldn't breathe and I felt slightly sick. And then I hardly noticed anything in my presence. I was totally flabbergasted, it was so funny. This has NEVER happened to me. Now I know how it feels and I don't want to experience that again. Then I sat down and almost emptied my bottle. After 10 minutes it went again and somehow I was fully fit again, as if nothing had happened. If I hadn't taken a 10 minute break, I think I would have passed out.

Now I wonder what it was. So I think it won't be because of my diet. I eat healthy, but also sweet things. I suspect that it may be because I slept badly in the last 2 days, school stress, that I was sick for a few days last week (but only very lightly, nothing strong or bad).

Why is that? Is it serious or just because it happened once isn't it a bad thing? If it happens again, should I see a doctor? Has anyone had similar experiences?
