Who makes the products and where are they made?

My products are made at home in my neighborhood in Solingen. From the selection of the material to the packaging, everything is done by hand. All products are unique and are made with attention to detail

Which materials will be processed?

It is important to me to work with good materials that I can obtain from dealers / wholesalers - fabrics, artificial leather, metal goods, etc. come from the EU and UK.

This means that the product will be produced again if the materials are still available in the warehouse.

We only buy in smaller quantities, which means that products may run out of stock quickly.

Can I also order according to my wishes? Are they also customizable?

Unfortunately, no. Unfortunately, it costs me a lot of time to buy extra materials that are not available in the warehouse.

Why is my order different from the one shown in the online shop?

The color of the fabric may vary slightly depending on the monitor setting, depending on the contrast and brightness.

I like a product on Instagram or Facebook. Can I also order it directly?

No, unfortunately that is not possible. Please only order here in the online shop.

We are often asked whether the product is in stock. There are too many questions about it. Please understand that we do thisNOT can answer. In the online shop you can easily see whether the desired product is still in stock or not.

What are the terms of payment?


You can pay safely and easily with us via PayPal. During the ordering process you will be forwarded directly to PayPal. Your payment will be credited to us directly and we can process your order immediately. If you want to return your order, the corresponding amount will be credited to your PayPal account.

Payment in advance

If you want to pay in advance, you transfer the invoice amount of your order in advance. After placing your order, you will receive the necessary data for the transfer via email. After we have received your payment, we will send your order immediately.

If the invoice amount has not been transferred to my account within 5 days, the order will be automatically deleted.

Can I also buy on site? Is there a shop there too?

No, unfortunately this is not possible. Unfortunately we own no Shop, my little sewing workshop is at home. But we set up more often Trade fairs, design and hobby markets from, there you can buy the products directly on site.

Can I also pick up the order at the fair and pay in cash?

Yes, that would be possible. Please write this in the note when ordering and you will receive the pick-up number via email, the shipping costs are of course excluded.

Why is shipping insured? And where? How high are the costs?

You will receive a tracking number with which you can track where your package is via DHL. It should reach you safely.

My country is not listed in the shipping tables. What am I doing?

If you want to ship to another country, please write us an email before placing your order ([email protected]) and please tell us the desired destination. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner about the shipping options and the costs in advance.

Can I have my broken order repaired?

If it is a material defect, I can do it free repair. Just send me the broken product, but at your own shipping costs.

What do I do if I don't like the order?

You can send it back within 14 days at your own shipping costs and get the money back as soon as we have received it.
